Privacy Notice for Agency Clients

Your insurance agent or agency. Cleverio AI is the software they use to manage their clients: we store the data on your agency's behalf and under its instructions, and we never use it for our own purposes.

What you enter in the form or give your agent: how to contact you, who is in your household, your income if applicable, your coverage situation and whatever is needed to quote, enroll or service your insurance. It is used for that and so your agent can assist you.

If your agent needs your Social Security number or bank details to process a policy, they are stored encrypted and every access is logged. Do not type them into a free-text question or send them by message: give them to your agent through a secure channel.

The insurance carriers you and your agent request quotes or policies from, and the technical providers we need to run the software (database, email), who may only use it for that. It is never sold or used for third-party advertising. The data is kept in the European Union (Ireland, AWS eu-west-1), with the protections European law requires.

Your agency will only send you marketing messages if you authorized it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. Notices about policies you already have (renewals, appointments, payments) will keep coming. You can revoke your authorization at any time by replying STOP or writing to your agent.

You can ask your agency to see, correct or delete your data, or to give you a copy. Your agency is responsible for it and best placed to help. If you get no answer, write to cleverioai@gmail.com and we will forward your request.
